Signature & Delivery Requirements

Express and Standard Shipping is sent with authority to leave. Ensure there’s a secure location for your parcel if you’re not home, as Relique cannot be held liable for missing deliveries.

Unclaimed Parcels

In the event a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, the carrier will attempt redelivery. However, if redelivery cannot be arranged within the carrier’s timeframe, the parcel may be abandoned or disposed of by local authorities. Unfortunately, Relique is unable to provide refunds in such circumstances.
