Return/Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 calender days after receiving your item to request a return. Any order, delivery, or item issues must be reported within these 14 calender days. After this period has expired, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging. You are also required to provide us with the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Relique reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges if these criteria are not met. In such cases, the garments will be shipped back to the customer at the customers’ cost, and a refund will not be processed.
Original shipping costs are not refunded as this is the original cost to get the item sent to you. Any return shipping costs not related to damaged/faulty items will also not be refunded.
Socks and underwear cannot be returned for a refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.
Orders are unable to be amended or cancelled once placed. You will need to follow the normal returns procedure to return the item to us.
Pre-sale items cannot be canceled. Please review the shipping timeframes on the product listing before purchasing if you need your item by a specific date.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our team as soon as you receive your order at shop@reliqueclo.com and include clear photos as evidence. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Once we review your request, a team member will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on returning the faulty item. Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of approval, and that tracking details are shared with our team. Unfortunately, if the return is not sent and tracking is not received before this deadline, we won’t be able to process a refund.
Once we receive the returned item and it passes final inspection, we will automatically refund the item’s price and return shipping costs to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
