Shipping & Duties

When will I receive my order?

Please refer to our shipping policy for shipping timesframes. Please note these are only guides as there may be unexpected delays from couriers.

Can I combine the shipping on my orders?

Unfortunately if you have placed two seperate orders we are unable to combine the shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia

Are the duties and taxes included in my order?

Prcies advertised on all Australian orders are inclusive of GST. Additonal Australian taxes and duties do not apply.

All international import taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibiliy of the customer. Please check the relevant customs and duties taxes for your individual country.

Orders

Can I amend/cancel my order once it's been paid?

Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended. You will have to follow our normal returns procedures to return the item/s to us. Please refer to our returns/refund policy for more information.

I enetered the wrong address, am I able to amend it?

Address updates can be requested but aren't guaranteed. If we are contacted before processing the order, we may be able to amend the address. Please get in touch with our support team at shop@reliqueclo.com and we can provide futher assistance.

When will my order dispatch?

Your order will generally be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped you should receive an email regarding your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

How can i start a return?

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 calender days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see our returns/refund policy for more information how to to request a return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

You should receive your refund 15 days from final inspection. Please refer to our return/refund policy for more details.

How do I know what size to select?

Our garments feature a variety of fits - including oversized, relaxed, and boxy silhouettes. For accurate sizing, please refer to the individual product pages, where you’ll find a detailed size guide with images and exact measurements for each item.

Are all your materials the same across items (e.g. are all hoodies the same weight or warmth)?

Not exactly. While some items share fabrics, things like weight, texture, and warmth can vary - especially with pieces like hoodies, where different types of cotton (like various terry fabrics) offer different levels of warmth. You’ll find full material details on each product page.

When you restock items, are they exactly the same or do you make changes?

Restocks aren’t always identical. We occasionally make subtle improvements to fit, fabric, or construction based on customer and our own refinements. Any updates will be noted on the product page.
